Delete a Zmenix Languages account.

You do not need the Android app to delete your account.

If you can sign in

Open account deletion, confirm your password and type DELETE. Your account and linked learning data are removed immediately.

If you cannot sign in

Email contact@zmenix.com from the address used for your account with the subject “Zmenix Languages account deletion request”. We will verify ownership before deleting data so another person cannot delete your account.

What is deleted

Your profile, email, password hash, language settings, enrollment, lesson history, review queue, authenticator secret and recovery codes.

What may remain briefly

Security rate limits and hosting logs that are not linked to your account may remain for a limited period to prevent abuse and investigate security incidents.
